This first video provides an introduction to the series, its purpose and its goals.

The term ‘Net Zero by 2050’ is explained. The importance of this goal becomes clear when we look at the continuing change in the climate and its consequences. We see how many organizations and large companies have adopted ‘Net Zero’ goals. The ‘Net Zero’ goal is based on the findings of the The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). The organization’s 1.5 °C report is described and discussed.

The final section of the video describes the four ways in which individuals and organizations can respond to the challenges of climate change. The third of these elements — technology — is the focus of this web site, ebooks and books.
